Our gift cards can be used in full or part payment on absolutely any product available on our website, and our product must be in stock. These gift cards are only available in the UK. Our gift cards come in a range of £10, £15, £20, £25, £50, £75 We understand sometimes you can misplace your gift card and in a joint effort to help our customers you will also receive a digital version of your gift card via email.

Terms and Conditions

• Our gift cards can be used in full of part payment of any product on our website, the gift cards can not be redeemed through any third party. 
• Where we agree to provide a refund for any products that was purchased using one of gift cards, you will be reimbursed with an eGift Card, which will be emailed to you.
• When the gift card holder wishes to use a gift card to buy products with a higher value than the balance on the gift card, they will be required to pay the difference in value using a debit or credit card.
• The balance on our gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers. 
• We are unable to offer refunds on our gift card purchases.
• Where we agrees to replace a product purchased using a gift card, with a product of lower value, the difference will be reimbursed in a eGift Card, which will be emailed to you.
• When using our gift card to complete a purchase on our website, no change will be given in cash but any balance remaining on a gift card will remain available.
• Please look after your gift card we do not offer replacements, if its lost or stolen.
• We do not collect or maintain information relating to the Giftcard or the holders of gift cards and therefore, if a gift card is used without the consent of the gift card holder or is lost, damaged or stolen we cannot replace or reimburse the balance on the gift card.
• We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the gift cards where necessary due to circumstances beyond Nathaniels Group (UK) Limited reasonable control. 
• We may vary these terms and conditions in the future. This could be but not limited to legal, security of regulatory reasons. 
• We will give such notice of any variation of the terms and conditions.
• We will give notice of suspension or discontinuance of our gift cards as reasonably possible.
• We will ensure any such notice of any variation of the terms and conditions or any suspension or discontinuance of the gift card scheme as reasonably possible, whether by notices displayed on the www.nathanielsonline.co.uk website, or elsewhere.
